Prepare & Pressure Waterwash
Prepare by brushing down areas of mould and fungus growth with a stiff fibre brush, treat such areas with Fungal wash and allow to react for at least 24 hours.
By means of high pressure waterwash remove all inadequately adhering paintwork, dirt, grime, dust or other surface contamination. Brush down and wash to remove remaining friable deposits.

Rake out all Cracks
Rake out all cracks (other than hairline i.e. greater than 0.5mm). Apply one coat of Fungiwash to inside of cracks and to entire wall areas originally affected by fungus growth.

Prime inside of cracks and other imperfections
Prime inside of cracks and other imperfections with A Masonry Primer and fill flush all cracks, holes and "mapping" with a Skim - fill Exterior to match existing surface. Sand lightly and wipe clean.
Spot prime bare and filled areas with a Masonry Primer, as supplied.

Spot Prime & Apply 1 Coat Masonry Primer
Spot prime bare and filled areas with recommended product as supplied, allowing for a sufficient overlap of the repair boundary, to match existing surface.
Apply one coat of Masonry Primer as supplied, to approved colour.

Apply a Fibre Reinforced Acrylic Waterproofing Compound & Approved Colour
Apply a Fibre Reinforced Acrylic Waterproofing Compound as supplied to all repaired areas allowing for the 50mm overlap of the repair boundary ensuring that the coating has dried in depth prior to over coating.
Apply two coats of product as supplied, to approved colour.
